My journey to becoming an MHFA Instructor is deeply personal. Driven by her own lived experience with mental health illness, I am committed to breaking down stigma and ensuring that others feel equipped, confident, and supported when someone they care about is struggling.

I deliver in-person Mental Health First Aid training in SEQ, creating safe and inclusive spaces where participants feel truly heard and empowered to take action. My background in instructional design means every session is thoughtfully structured, practically focused, and tailored to the needs of your team.
If you’re ready to invest in the mental health and wellbeing of your community or team, I would love to hear from you.
